Smooth Operation

The Gyrozen 1580R along with the (FAR) GRF-G-c50-8 (8pl x c50ml) conical rotor gave us the ability to run at 20,000 x g @ 4c. It runs very quietly and achieves an RCF of 20000 effortlessly while maintaining temp. Great for a tabletop with such high "G", highly recommended.
High quality centrifuge

Our Gyrozen 1580R contains a 3L swing-out rotor and we use it for tissue culture work. Since it does 15000 rpm, we purchased a 30pl x 1.5/2.0ml fixed angle rotor and it goes up to speed very quickly with little effort. We are considering a 12pl x 15ml conical rotor on our next purchase.

I have the Gyrozen 1536, 1730R and the tabletop Gyrozen 1580R w/ both Swing-Out and Fixed angles rotors. Each one preforms as expected. I really like that all the centrifuges are quiet and easy to use. I highly recommend these centrifuges for anyone replacing or setting up a new lab like I did.

Our friendly local Rep. installed it, trained us and we were pleasantly surprised on how quietly it ran at top speeds for both the swing-out (4000 rpm) rotor and the fixed-angle conical rotor 13,000 rpm.

I already had the 1580R but one of my applications called for spinning 96 well microplates at a higher "G" so I went from a 4pl x 750ml to a 4pl x 250ml swing-out rotor along with 4 micro-plate carriers and it ran beautifully. I like 1580R's ability to expand into different applications. Glade I made the right purchase.

I wanted a tabletop refrigerated centrifuge that would spin a fixed angle 6pl x 50ml conical rotor @ 18,000 x g without having to purchase a large floor model centrifuge because of lab space constraints. My Local Rep. presented the Gyrozen 1580R and it surpassed my expectations. I was able to bundle a swing-out & fixed angle rotor for all my applications. Purchased March 2019 and extremely quiet and reliable. Highly recommended!

Purchased 2 units in 2012 then 2 more in 2018 for our TB lab, all 4 are in use. The Gyrozen 1580R is very reliable, especially for our daily use. I like the motorized doors and its programmability. Our package came with the swing-out aerosol buckets. At first, my local Rep. had to really convince me to purchase the first 2 units and now I am convinced of the quality and reliability of the Gyrozen centrifuges.
